I was called a "Mentor" by a Facebook friend of mine recently and it really got me thinking. What is a mentor? Am I really a mentor to someone? One of the biggest misconceptions we all have as humans is of the definition of a mentor. Many of us have portrayed our own version of what a mentor should be in our own interpretation.
By definition, integrity is the quality of being honest and having moral principles. More uprightness. It is the state of being whole and undivided. Recently I was speaking with a client of mine regarding integrity. The conversation had taken a stem from something that we were discussing and suddenly we found ourselves talking about the importance of integrity. We talked about honesty, vulnerability, transparency, accountability, and being direct. I also brought up the fact that integrity has a price.
The Coronavirus pandemic is now on a global level. A vast majority of the United States is also in quarantine forcing many people to strike boredom. Yes, unfortunately! In addition to boredom a lot of people are presented with limitations. Are they really limitations though or opportunities for thinking outside of the box?
You can blow up your social media feeds where you are becoming more authoritative, influential, sparking awareness, and creating more powerful relationships. One of the main problems with social media and social media marketing is that there is too much fluff and crap on the Internet that is misleading a lot of people. social media works but only if it is done correctly. This is principally the same about anything that you do regarding business or life. Personally I am not a huge fan of writing these kinds of articles. However, once in a while when specifically I have seen growth using specific strategies of my own I get the feeling that I should share with the rest of the world.
Do you want more Likes, Comments, Conversations, and generally more engagement or sentiment on paid content? Well, duh! That’s a no brainer. Everyone wants that but many are failing at this miserably.

Kindness and gratitude goes a long way. It entices people in giving them a clear indication of being appreciated. As humans, we like recognition. It’s in our nature! The reward of being recognized through giving makes us feel appreciated. The very same mentality is applicable in the business world. That approach is referred to as Human-2-Human (H2H) business.
