Happy New Year 2014! Year-End Review

It’s the end of yet another year! As we unwind 2013 and ease slowly into 2014, it sparks my interest to reflect back on the achievements occurred during the span of this past year. Definitely an interesting 365 days to say the very least. Like a roller coaster, a multitude of ups and downs that quite frankly have attributed to perhaps some of the most fruitful business opportunities I’ve seen to date. When I look back on 2013 I’d like to consider it as a year of success. An adventure that has contributed to increased business potential but most importantly, establishment of new relationships. The tech geek in me lives on. Since about the age of 13 (or 14 perhaps for lack of better accuracy) I’ve been fascinated by all things technology related. Mobile phones, laptops, tablets, cars, and more. There’s something about technology that intersects with digital marketing. It helps me get work done while taking pleasure in doing it. So, essentially with the help of technology I’m able to accomplish what I truly like to do the most. Over the last few years the ever popular Open Source Solution WordPress seems to have gained significant traction in the stratosphere. Based on latest round of statistics nearly 15% of all websites on the internet are operational thru WordPress. Quite amazing honestly considering the niche it started out as many years ago. As part of its evolution, the application continues to improve with addition of new features giving users the ability additional control, flexibility, and improved functionality.
