It nearly feels like a century since the last time I’ve wrote a blog post.  Perhaps it’s been that long which means I’m out of shape.  Sad but true unfortunately.  With a hectic work schedule and a personal life to upkeep I’m sure that you can relate.  Something that peaked my interest recently due to unfold of certain chain of events was the importance of internal communication in the work environment.  Something that many of you have most likely stumbled across in your career at some point or another.  After paying close attention to coworkers in both their verbal and non-verbal language I was able to identify certain behavioral patterns that signaled interesting observations.

Social Media Consistency on Twitter

As social media continues to mature more of us are finding ourselves using sites such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTUBE.  Whether it’s for personal or business reasons there’s plenty to lurk around with on any of these social avenues.  While I’ve been an avid user of all of the above mentioned social sites, there’s one in particular that has stuck with me more consistently.  I tend to spend a lot of time on Twitter primarily for business reasons.  It’s a great resource for communication and acquisition of new leads. The Twittersphere or Twitterverse (whichever you prefer best) quickly became a top utilized business resource and a playground. All depends on how you look at it and from what perspective. It’s been a few years now since I’ve made my entrance into Twitter and quite frankly have seen some good and strange things occur. For the most part I’ll have to admit that it’s an excellent resource to utilize when building a brand. Micro blogging doesn’t appeal to everyone though. Resolutions for 2012 to Fulfill

If there’s one thing that I’m thankful for thus far in 2012 it’s that 2011 is far behind.  There’s so much that has happened in the last 12 months that quite frankly I’m having trouble just making sense out of it all.  In all the entire year was one giant roller coaster…literally.  Now there’s a lot of folks out there that will try to make-up a story for you so you can show some sympathy.  That’s not me though so here’s my story and the goals I’ve decided to set for myself to improve upon during this upcoming year.
